We deliver the whole of South Africa through Paxi (Pep) and JKJ Couriers. Clients are welcome to use their own couriers. We reserve the right to change the courier company in the interest of delivering your parcel fast and securely.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Simply click on the link provided in the email or enter the tracking number on our website under the “Track Your Order” section.

Delivery FAQs

1. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? Yes, you can change your delivery address within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our customer service team. For items which need extra production times (2 days or more) delivery address can be updated prior to production. After this time, we cannot guarantee address changes.

2. What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives? If you are not home, the delivery carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package. In some cases, they may leave the package with a neighbor or at a secure location, however the courier reserves the rights to return the package to us and a second attempt of delivery will be at customer cost.

3. Do you offer weekend delivery? Weekend deliveries can not be guaranteed as ones the item leaves our premises it is upto the delivery courier to fullfil the delivery.

4. What if my package is delayed or lost? If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.
